This paper investigates the impact of sensitizing organic dyes located on the surface of monocrystalline n-type silicon on the character of the photovoltaic effect. It studies the sensitized photovoltaic effect with erythrosine and methylene blue dyes used as sensitizers at different concentrations. The findings are discussed from the point of view of the mechanism of nonradiative inductive-resonant transfer of energy absorbed by the sensitizing dye to the surface of silicon crystal.
