Электронные дефекты в решетках YBa2Cu3O7 И La2 − X SrxCuO4

Аннотация

Используя данные эмиссионной мессбауэровской спектроскопии на изотопе 67Zn и ядерного квадрупольного резонанса на изотопе 17O, а также расчеты решеточного градиента электриче­ского поля, определены эффективные заряды всех атомов кристаллических решеток сверхпро­водящих металлоксидов меди YBa2Cu3O7 и La2 – xSrxCuO4. Эффективные заряды атомов металлов и большинства атомов кислорода соответствуют стандартным степеням их окисления (Y3+, La3+, Ba2+, Sr2+, Cu2+и O2−). Однако, атомы цепочечного кислорода (в YBa2Cu3O7) и планарного кислорода (в YBa2Cu3O7 и La2 – xSrxCuO4) демонстрируют пониженный заряд, что объясняется локализацией в соответствующих подрешетках дырки.
